Many of us spend hours each day on computers and phones. That can lead to dry eyes, blurry vision, and headaches—often called digital eye strain. Ease the load by following the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Adjust screen brightness, use proper lighting, and consider blue-light filters if they help you. If symptoms persist, an eye exam can rule out vision problems or dry eye that need treatment.
